Benjamin Hill started writing for MiLB.com in 2005, and quickly became enamored with the quirky, anything-goes world of Minor League Baseball operations. His weekly Promotion Preview column — a humorous look at Minor League promos and giveaways — has been a popular fixture on the site since 2006.

This blog has since become a popular fixture as well, and it is Benjamins goal that it will one day be his ticket to moderate stardom within a very specific niche. He also hopes you wont notice that hes writing about himself in the third person.
